NII ARMAH ADDY’s analytical skills and flair for communication put him ahead of his peers. He is a Lawyer, Chartered Management Consultant (CMC), Chartered Professional Administrator (ChPA), an Educationist and a Strategist. He is the Founder of the Institute of Leadership and Management in Education (InLaME), and the Institute of Professional Event Management (IPEM). Both are consultancy firms.

In 1999, the African Information Technology Exhibitions & Conferences (AITEC) gainfully employed Nii Armah; a Pan-African based British Information & Communication Technology Company. AITEC was at the forefront of IT revolution in Ghana. In pursuit of higher technological skills, he went on to obtain a Microsoft Licence and Sales Specialist Certification, a qualification that was not commonly obtained in Ghana at the time. He worked with SAAP-TECH as a Marketing Manager and subsequently as a General Manager at DEON 2000 Limited; country representative for Grundig, the Germany Electronic giants.

Work & Publications

Ni Armah has over 25 years of industrial experience with a portfolio of high-level engagements in public and private sector works. He holds BA (Hons.), two Masters Degrees, LLB and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice (PGDLP) and a PhD Candidate. Nii had a stint with the International Criminal Court, Rwanda as a legal intern.


Nii Armah was a lecturer at the Academic City College (formerly Sikkim Manipal University, Ghana) from 2009 to 2018, where he also served as a member of the Governing Council, Academic Board, Research Committee and Head of Training, Placement and Alumni. He was a member of the Editorial Board of a peer reviewed academic journal; the International Journal of ICT & Management (IJICTM).


Furthermore, he served on numerous National Committees in Education and facilitated numerous corporate training programmes with participants not limited from the following sectors; manufacturing, oil marketing, insurance, hospitality, accounting, banking, health, entertainment, event management, information technology, printing and publishing, and education. He has delivered papers at summits and conferences in Ghana and abroad.

Nii Armah is a co-author in “Leadership Framework for Project Management” (2016), published by Lambert Academic Publishing, Germany. He has also authored four (4) other books. His book “The crucifixion of LI 1296: Of professional legal education in Ghana and more” (2018) brings clarity to the professional legal education, law practice and management in Ghana.

Nii Armah has published academic papers and writes a weekly column on “Education & Management” in Ghana’s leading Business newspaper the “Business & Financial Times.” He has over 300 articles and counting.

Family

Nii Armah has a passion for excellence and never comfortable with things done half. He strives to meet corporate objectives and distinguishes himself as a fine thinker with diverse skills for success. His biggest gait is his ability to multitasking and independently working without supervision. He is a great team player with a sense of humour and has emotional intelligence. His leadership skill is consummate.    

Nii Armah is a frequent guest on radio and television discussing various human development issues notably on Educational Leadership and Management, and Corporate Leadership and Management.

Nii Armah is married to Audrey and they are blessed with two (2) sons: Nii Ayitey and Dzormo Nii Armah. Traditionally they are Anglican and Methodist but members of the International Central Gospel Church, Christ Temple East.
