The judge must uphold the sanctity of the law: a reflection on family litigation

The courts are a heaven for those who find solace to their grief; the reason for which they run to or are taken to the court. The contrary is true; the courts are a hell to those who are slighted out of the truth. The court moulded after the Old Testament biblical principles has evolved over the period yet not compared to the seat of Solomon as wisdom in many instances has been thrown out of the court windows.
